I found everything very good, would recomand it to anyone. The hotel was extremely convenient and placed in a historic-style building. The location of the venue was favourable, right next to airport. Further, it was adjacent to better dining / sightseeing and local stores. The staff was very efficient and well-trained at all levels.

Excellant location of the hotel to the grocery store. Moreover, it was close to $ 4 taxi, the tourist attractions such as the boardwalk or the gondola and the large mall which is a twenty minute walk.

The queen room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was new-fashioned with large windows. A shower, hairdryers, and towels was a plus. The service was excellent, including an efficient check-in.

Had horrible breakfast, it might be way much better.

That was ideal and modern hotel set in extra comfy area, near to IN SOUTH AMERICA / ECUADOR as well as the bus terminal too and the large mall which is a twenty minute walk. Got double room as expected, liked it.

Everything was very good and rooms were brand-new and beautifully maintained. The location in a very very nice area was excellent. A shopping mall and a big market were right next door. The stay was absolutely very nice.

Well, the views were not so nice here.

Incredibly attentive, especially helpful staff, particularly good location adjacent to airport 24 hours a day, Mall del Sol, and the terminal. Also, in the bus station where I was left stranded.

The location was absolutely perfect and favourable, so close to local stores and Airport and Bus Terminal and the airport by car. Also, Guayaquil Ecuador Temple was 2 miles away from the hotel.

Enjoyed this modern hotel because of nice position along with especially helpful staff. The bistro bar was a delightful surprise. We had 1 good day here, would recommend the place.

I ate at a good restaurant with good food. The view was great and the bed was great.

Appreciated this family-friendly hotel: good food and very efficient and well-trained staff. The venue was in an excellent and perfect location just off downtown and malecon 2000 as well as local stores. It also was within walking distance of the airport.

The breakfast was extensive with local options and even fresh omelettes and the restaurant food was GOOD. The hotel room was huge and beautifully maintained with a king bed as well as WiFi.

The hotel was clean and staff were accommodating and absolutely kind, everything was nice. Marvellous location, the breakfast was excellent with hot options and even fresh omelettes, as example. We had a double room and it was spotless and new-fashioned. Location: the venue was so close to international airport, restaurant, and Ecuador and the USA. Furthermore, right across the highway is a large market.

Views appeared to be not very nice.
